Torso positioning for the squat

Proper torso positioning for the squat involves the following:

• Elongated spine

• Pulled down ribcage (without loss of spinal positioning)

• Neutral pelvis (iliac crest pointing upwards towards the ribcage)

• Activated abdominal wall (not sucked in, but pushed against)
