The one and only JK Physical Culture Protein Muffins recipe.
Give this a try!!!!!!!!
- 1 Cup Egg whites
- 1 Whole Egg (preferably certified organic)
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 1/2-1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2-3 Tbsp. Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350
Mix thoroughly in large bowl
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray (lightly)
Add mixture to pan
Bake for 22-26 minutes (ovens vary)
Let cool and enjoy!!!!!!!!
