Cooking and preparing dinner……….. and your other lean, healthy meals should be relatively quick and easy. This was my dinner from the other night. In the pot are organic carrots, golden beets and broccoli.
How easy is that? Cut and steam veggies and use pan spray and cook (or grill) turkey burgers 8-10 min per side. Salt and seasonings to taste.
