Who am I? What form of training methods do I practice?

My training…………..what is it, who am I?

In the world of fitness, physique, strength and training….. Who am I?

I’m not a powerlifter…….

yet I often employ the three main lifts of powerlifting….

I’m not a bodybuilder………..

because I don’t compete, yet I strive to have the best symmetrical/aesthetic physique I possibly can…..

I’m not an Olympic weightlifter…………

but I also use some Olympic lifts every now and then to work on my explosiveness and Power…

I’m not a strongman………………

yet I try to be as strong as possible (in relation to my bodyweight)  in my training and in real life…..

I’m not a yogi or Pilates expert…………………..

but I strive to have the best mobility and core strength as possible….. I’m not a sprinter, long distance Runner, cyclist or swimmer yet I often incorporate these things to have a healthy cardiovascular system…..

I’m not a crossfitter because I believe in making a program, sticking with it, making progress, tracking it and then changing it after a certain period of time…..

So who am I???????

I’m just a guy who really enjoys the hard work of lifting weights and exercising.   I have always wanted to consistently get better at my training form, be relatively strong, look as good as I can, and be as physically and mentally healthy as possible.
So what is the name for that? I don’t know. I don’t really care. I just enjoy doing it
If you actually perform and compete in one of the disciplines above then that is great, but if not that is great also.  Don’t feel the need to force yourself into one of those classifications in your training unless that is your goal.  There are so many things to train for and exercises to become proficient at………have an open mind when it comes to your training and dont be afraid to experiment with new methods and exercises.

My question to you is…….Who are You?
